Timelines depend on documentation completeness, raw material arrival, and slot availability. We communicate realistic buffers up front — rush promises without qualified schedules are not part of our model.

No. Formulations are reviewed case by case. We decline projects that require services we do not offer — for example stand-alone flavor formulation — or categories that violate our compliance guardrails, such as spore-forming probiotics or high-regulatory-risk ingredients like Delta-8, Kratom, or DMSA.
